Providing benefits consulting and Benefits Summary and Analysis reports for customers who receive government benefits, so that they can make informed financial and life decisions about housing, education, and employment.

The Process

1

Unique Solutions for Every Individual

When it comes to finances, medical needs, mental health, social abilities, and lifestyle choices, one size does NOT fit all.  That's why the first step in working with each individual is gathering information on their unique needs, and determining their abilities, priorities, and desired outcomes.

2

Set and Manage Expectations

Once the intake form is completed, we review potential scenarios for their individual and unique lifestyle. Together, we review what type of work suits their abilities and interests. We also examine the amount of hours and how much income can they earn while maintaining their current benefits.

3

Developing a Plan

After reviewing options, we work with each client to help them develop a plan to move forward balancing working for income with working for their own personal satisfaction.  This process helps your clients move into the workforce with a better knowledge of balancing their career with their benefits and lifestyle.
